Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between exclusive and inclusive?
Exclusive means the amount is the base price and GST will be added on top. Inclusive means the amount already contains GST and you want to extract the base price and tax portions.
What are CGST and SGST?
For intra-state transactions, GST is split equally into Central GST (CGST) and State GST (SGST). Each is half the total GST rate.
Does it support IGST?
For inter-state transactions, IGST equals the full GST amount shown. The tool displays CGST + SGST split which is equivalent to IGST for the same rate.
Is my data sent to a server?
